More Appliques
My new sewing machine rocks!! I've been bitten by the applique bug and I now have the means to create some really fun stuff. Here are two of my latest: One is a rocket ship that Jacob picked out himself. The other is a cute apple tree to go with some brown pants I bought for Lia. I think the wings on the rocket ship turned out a little too big, but it was too late to change them by the time I really noticed. Jacob doesn't mind though, he's worn the shirt two days in a row now.

Too cute. I love Lia's shirt. The fabric on Jacob's shirt is pretty awesome too. I like the chunkiness of the wings...it makes it whimsical. I love that you used felt. Felt brings a fun dimension to the appliques. All you need to do is applique tree-hugger to the shirt!! LOL. Just kidding.

I think you should take Jenni's advice and add "tree hugger" to the shirt. But then again, I am a tree hugger myself...

Yay! now I can leave comments! First of all, Lia is sooo adorable...she looks just like you! It will be fun if or when we ever get the girl great grandkids together! lol. Second of all I love the shirts. There is no third of all though. So...Hi!
